Great to Work with!

I have really enjoyed having State Farm as my car insurance provider, however, my representative Alex is extremely rude. If you happen to end up working with Alex I would recommend requesting a different account agent. I moved to Oregon recently and my insurance was set to renew. There were multiple questions that I asked in regards to the price, requirements between states, renewals, and so forth. None of my concerns were addressed, and she instead continued to call me every other week asking if I would like to be sent a quote for a new policy. I would inform her that I was already sent a quote but had some issues I would like address. She would then call back the next week with the same “would you like us to quote you for a new policy”… rinse and repeat. I would recommend using a representative that is willing to help you find answers and understand your quote. Alex is not that person.

Shauna is a Great Agent and more importantly a phenomenal human being! She has been our agent for over 20 years now and ALL of her co-workers have been wonderful to work with as well. I recommend Shauna for the good times and especially the times when you need a reliable, hard working Agent that has your back when life gets hard! We had a house fire and Shauna/State Farm helped us navigate through a really tough time! Thank You Shauna and Team!!!!
